Thank you for your interest in partnering with The Beach Ride, Orlando’s premier transportation service for vacationers. By joining our affiliate program, you can earn commissions by referring your clients to our all-inclusive beach transportation experience.
1. Affiliate Enrollment
- To become an affiliate, you must complete our registration form and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 10% commission for each confirmed booking made through their referral link.
- Commissions are payable only on bookings that are completed and paid in full.
- Commissions are calculated based on the total booking amount excluding taxes, tips, and extra services.
3. Tracking & Payments
- Bookings must be made through the unique affiliate referral link or code provided upon approval.
- We will track referrals via cookies and/or tracking links.
- Payments will be made monthly, within 15 days of the end of each calendar month.
- Payments will be sent via PayPal.
4. Promotion & Marketing
- Affiliates agree to promote Beach Ride services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- The use of false or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not use any promotional methods that could damage the reputation of Beach Ride.
5. Booking & Cancellation Policies
- All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our established policies, which are available upon request.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes to booking policies that may affect commissions.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Beach Ride is responsible for all bookings, services, and customer experience.
- Affiliates are not liable for any issues arising from bookings or service delivery.
7. Term & Termination
- The affiliate relationship begins upon approval and continues until terminated by either party.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days prior written notice.
- Upon termination, affiliates will cease to earn commissions on future bookings, and pending commissions will be paid according to the schedule.
8. Miscellaneous
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email.
- This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
